F to EEb ??
Can one construct or purchase an EEb tuning slide and install it on a 6 valve F tuba and have it work? I assume the valve slides might need some pulling?

Once upon a time, B&S sold a set of slides to convert the PT10 F to En. So, yes, it has and can be done, You have to add @ a foot to the main bugle plus each valve slide must be lengthened accordingly. Would I recommend it? Nope.

Re: F to EEb ??
Can it be done? Yes, with enough tubing. Should it be done? Depends on the tuba. Adding about a foot and a half to the main slide, with all that extra cylindrical tubing, will most likely foul up the overtone intonation. Tubas need both cylindrical tubing for the slides and conical tubing engineered to the correct taper so the partials intonation is within what our ears consider Western diatonic intervals. Adding that much cylindrical tubing may stretch the partials so everything going up, for example, the open pitches, F,C,F,A,C,F, etc., will be progressively sharper.
