Seized 5th rotor

Good evening,

I have recently taken my Eastman 632 out of its case after an extended break to find my 5th rotor completely seized, I have taken the assembly apart, cleaned best I could, and re-lubricated, however after just a couple of hours again, my 5th continues to seize. I'm hoping this is just a side effect of its extended break and will stop soon enough but what could I do to minimize any possible damage to my rotor. Any help is appreciated, thank you so very much!

If you were closer, I'd fix it for you, UNLESS there is valve/casing damage.

Where are you located? If I'm not nearby, I may know another tech in your area.
