4 valve baritone project

This is mostly a test of the imugr app (thanks to the elephant it's much better now!) and I know the photo is huge, but here is a 4 valve baritone project I've been working on. The 4th valve tubing and leadpipe are mostly just dry fitted. I'm sure I'll have some trimming to do to get it in tune.

Imgur has many size options. Try "Large Thumbnail"

It is! The engraving on the bell has the very "pointy" letters, so the "O" looks like a triangle, kind of making it look like "YARK."

I was using the app on my phone, I'll have to play around with it on a computer more later. Thanks for the tip!

The valveblock is all soldered in place, so the next step will be to tape it to the bugle and play test it! I'm betting I made the 4th valve a bit long, so it will likely need to be trimmed (Thanks to DaveC for tips on posting images from my google drive!).
That rectangle in the upper left corner must have come from editing the photo in "Paint." Whoops!

Nice work! Can't wait to hear how it plays. I'm planning on making my 4th valve tubing on the long side and trimming to tune also, seems easier that adding tubing.,

Here it is with the valveset now soldered to the bugle. No leaks that I could find. All I have left is to put the thumb ring on, clean up the solder/flux messes, give it another bath, then put it all together and play test it! I'll probably have to trim the fourth valve a bit, and add a brace under the bottom section of the fourth valve tubing for better stability, but I'm glad it's all back in one piece!

I got it all cleaned up and put back together! The fourth valve is a bit flat, so I'll get to trimming it another time. The bell still has a patina I need to polish off from when I stripped the lacquer. Overall I'm very pleased with my work for my first major alteration project.
