General Chatter, even if closed, appears to be fixed

Well, it may be closed, but the upside is the General Chatter looks fixed and back in its own slot, rather than being a sub-forum of this Repair section. Thanks!

Mark, I think they meant that General Chatter is in it's proper forum now and not under the repair forum. I think the removal of chatter will help with the overall tone of tubenet anyway.
