Hello all.
This Miraphone model it's one made in middle of 90s, 186S.
No Kranz, no nickel brass tubes.
I purchase last year with original 4 valves.
This tuba plays well, rock.
I used one rotor from a spare chinese F tuba.

The lacquer of the Miraphone it's awesome, I remove cute and welded and it's looking like before.
I hope the guys liked it.
If you have many questions please let me know.
I intend to sell it soon.
Thanks
Dante

Re: Add the 5th valve at Miraphone 186C
Nice work, Dante! Most Chinese tubas with issues are victims of sloppy assembly. Some have poorly designed branches that will never play correctly, but by and large, most of the parts used are of good quality and okay to use on "nice" horns. I think you made a good choice and then executed a nice upgrade to this tuba.
Congratulations, sir!
