How well do you think this would fit a PT6? I imagine it might be too big in some areas?

it would probabaly be a little too big.

I use it for my Nirschl 4/4 and it's fine. A student of mine uses it for his YCB-822 which is of similar size to my own and it works well. The PT-6 shouldn't be a problem. The price is great too.

Are you sure you are talking about the same bag? Protec makes two sizes, a 4/4 and a 6/4.

a ycb 822 has a 19.75 "bell ,so the small protec would probably be too small(only rated for up to an 18" bell).
