WTB: Deg Tuba Stand

I would think most larger music stores would have at least one in stock. If not, and if you want it right away, try an online store.

I just picked up a K&M tuba rest and it seems very sturdy, much stonger than the DEGs I have seen. It's perfect to get my Martin BAT off my lap. I never had a problem holding tubas on my lap, but the Martin was just too big and heavy and my leg was falling asleep.

The only issues with it are that it is heavier and that it doesn't adjust as low as the DEG, so if you have a very high leadpipe it could be a problem. It was less than $75 including shipping new from Music123 through one of their eBay auctions.
