HP DV8000 series w/ 200g h-drive 1g ram w/ superdrive

Post by Casey Tucker »

my friend needs to sell his hp to pay rent and i'm helping him move it. it's an HP DV8000 series (he couldn't tell me off of the top of his head the exact name. i'll update later) 200 gig hard drive, 1 gig of ram, superdrive (DVD+-RW) w/ lightscribe. 17" LCD display, 4 usb ports. comes with a docking station (built in high quality speakers, sound control, tv ouput, more usb ports), a wireless mouse that syncs with the docking station and a wireless keyboard that will do the same. this computer was $1800 new $900 now IN MINT CONDITION. the price is semi-negotiable. you can either message me here or e-mail him directly at cra004@shsu.edu. i'll check back here SPARINGLY so the best way would be to message directly. thanks.

sorry i didn't mention. it comes with an AMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology ml-34 processor (1.8GHz). this means it's capable of running vista (if you want) without any problems. an upgrade for vista for current windows users is 70 bucks so that's a lot better than buying the new program from scratch. also it has Windows XP Media Center. i'm not a big fan of it but the OS doesn't mess with the computer at all. i also has bluetooth capabilities if you're interested. price is negotiable.
