I have a Tuba Exchange Euphonium for sale. It is a fully compensating, 4 valve, lacquered instrument which is modeled after the the Yamaha 642.
I played the horn at Midwest and bought it on the spot, great value for the money. To this day I can't believe it's a Tuba Exchange instrument.
The pitch is good with a fine sound and it is highly responsive; it's a fun horn to play. I had the valves aligned by my repairman (very persnickity individual) and he said it was a surprisingly good quality euphonium.
Hard case and gig bag included.
Why sell? I fell in love with a Willson. (Yeah, it's a better horn... at triple the money.)

wow, if what you say is true, then I may not be able to believe it as well.
I wanted to maybe get a crack at one of these and see how they go.
1500 is too much for me...though (since I don't really NEED a euph), for a decent compensating horn, that is AMAZING!
I may try one of the non-comp 4 top valves sometime...heard they were alright too...and for less than $1000....that is poor college student money right there.

It really is just my opinion but I would not hesitate to recommend this horn. If they all play like this then Tuba Exchange has a hit on their hands.pierso20 wrote:wow, if what you say is true...
