Eminence Double Bass

Post by Paul S »

For any Bass doublers,

I am parting with my Eminence 4 string accoustic/electric hybrid double bass to raise some funds toward a new CC. The bass comes with a gig bag and Eminence matched bass stand (unique end pin holder) It does have side position markers but bow is not included.

It is relatively mint as I pride in taking care of my instruments. I have a lot of photos at : http://www.angus1.com/music/bass/

audio sample is at: http://www.bright.net/~sidangus/bass/
Price is firm at $1750 plus shipping from Western Ohio.

info:
Neck: Rock Maple; Fingerboard: Ebony; Vibrating String Length: 41-1/4"
Top: Arched, Laminated Spruce; Back: Arched, Laminated Curly Maple;
Air Chamber Depth: 3" ; Body Size: 10-1/2" x 31-1/2" ;
Bass bar: Solid Spruce; Sound post: Solid Spruce;
Bridge: Maple - Fully Adjustable; Strings: D’Addario Helicore

Doc wrote:Sorry to hear your selling. Sorry to say I'm not buying. I'm in search of a tuba right now also. Good price for the Eminence and stand. I'd put some Eurosonics on it and go to town. It would beat packing around my '63 Kay.

Doc
Thanks Doc,

It really is a great portable bass with a super sound but the tuba would do me more good right now.

I thought I would offer it here first as I feel more the Tuba player but I have taken your advice and listed it at Talkbass as well.

Thank you,
