I have a Canadian Brass Charlie Daellenbach tuba mouthpiece for sale. It's in beautiful condition--totally smooth on all surfaces, no dings or dents at all and only light surface rub on the shank. Mint gold plate. $100 including shipping.
It is impossible to make things foolproof because fools are so ingenious.
