Yamaha dent bag for sale

Post by jlbreyer »

A true dent bag. I bought it several years ago because I needed something fast. I think it was $145, then. I can't find any evidence that Yamaha still sells these. It has a full length side zipper, a music pouch that will take music, but not any folder I've used, two carry handles and a painful shoulder strap. The padding is there, but woefully inadequate. As you can see in th 4th image, my Mirafone 183 fits it nicely. If you want more details, send email. If you need a bag to store your horn, this might be a candidate, but I wouldn't carry a horn of any value in it. I don't know what price to put on it, so I'll consider all offers until I get an offer I can't refuse.

As you can see from the first post, my 183 fits the bag nicely with an inch or so to spare all around. Here's the picture I made of my 183 when I bought an Altieri bag. It should give you a pretty good idea of the size of the bag.
