Beautiful Silver 4/4 CC
Here's one of my nicest efforts at a CC to date. .687" bore, 4-valve, vintage 19.5 York bell. Plays and sounds as good as it looks. (We'll get rid of that dent in the center of the picture). $3750

Thanks for the compliment. LV got a real beauty.
I have a couple of small Ebs, a Holton and a York, that I've been thinking of making into F tubas. Frankly I'm about as busy as I can be with my playing job and the CC tubas and cimbassi that I do. I have a couple of associates helping now, so I may have the time to take on seeing what can be done with those two Ebs. I feel that I've pretty well taken the CC 4/4 experiment about to completion, and the cimbasso experiment seems to be at a good point too. Maybe it is time to try my hand at making a good little F tuba.
