For Sale - Just in time for Octoberfests. This is a classic 1976 Miraphone German-style 4 rotary valve Baritone/Tenor Horn. It plays very well, and is in great shape for its age. There were a few dents in it when I got it, but they gave all been fixed (they were all cosmetic though). There are a few places where the laquer is worn from normal use, but again, nothing major. The valves are fantastic, and it plays very well in tune - it is just too small for my taste.
It comes with the original hard case, original Miraphone mouthpiece in excellent condition, and even has the original Miraphone accessory bag with rotary repair tools and a lyre!
Asking $1,595. I live in the Northern Virginia/DC area, shipping can be discussed.

Re: Glenn Cronkite Leather Euphonium Gig Bag
WTS: Custom-made Glenn Cronkhite leather gig bag for Miraphone 5050, or similar larger euphoniums.
I may well regret this later, but I am having an instrument "garage sale" to raise funds for something else. I had thus custom -made by Mr. Cronkhite, and it is in very good condition, I just do not use it much. It us a beautiful brown color with the single shoulder strap and carry handles. Was $400 new - asking $250.
Thanks for reading this, and have a great day!

Re: Miraphone Baritone/Tenor Horn
What is the Miraphone model number, the bell size, how many rotors, and size of the bell? Is it a Bb baritone, or an Eb/F tenor?
thanks
thanks

Re: Miraphone Baritone/Tenor Horn
It has 4 rotary valves, and it is definitely a Bb Baritone. I will check for a model number.
