I'm retreating from the dark (ie Bb) side and sticking with my C tubas, so my Meinl Weston (Melton) 2011TA tuba is up for sale for $7500 NZ (that's approx US$5000)
I bought this new from WWBW and they managed to crease the bell in shipping. It was rolled out by Brad from Vanguard Orchestral in Wellington.
Everything else is perfect to my untrained eye.
A nice warm flavourful sound from this light tuba. Easy for standing jazz gigs. Really fast valves.
Tuba is in Wellington, New Zealand. Comes with a Protech gig bag.
