Sold MW 45SLPL *price drop* $6,250 OBO

Hi tubenet. I am selling my 45SLP in Lacquer. I was planning on doing this after my recital, but I think it’s time for me to move to a different horn. I’m asking $6,250 for it. It’s located in Towson, MD. I’d consider a trade for a Mr. P F, or a MW 2250, of course I’d throw in money as well. There are a few dents in it but I am getting a chem clean in two weeks and gonna have all the small dents rolled out at Baltimore Brass.

The reason I am looking for a new horn is because it’s just too big for me, great for orchestra playing. But right now I’m mainly using it for quintet and solo work and it’s just not the sound I’m looking for. Comes with a Maroon Cronkite bag. I’ve played several 45SLP’s and this has definitely been my favorite one. Even has had great revues from my professors at Towson that I won’t post their names because I have not asked for permission yet. Bump for price drop, also today it got an ultrasonic clean at Baltimore brass, they also are rolling the dents out and making the 1st and fourth valve slides move freer. Also new springs and valve guides.
