B&S JBL Classics 3100w F tuba TRADED

Post by jtuba »

Goldbrass B&S 3100W JBL Classics six-valve F tuba. Story is these are the first "prototypes" to market of the B&S JBL collaboration.

Aftermarket receiver made by Martin Wilke, done by a former owner. Leadpipe floated by Matt Walters, two contact areas instead of fully soldered to the bell. Slide stop on #1 crook. Formerly owned by Matt Gaunt of Chicagoland.

Typical lacquer wear and very small dents on the bottom bow for a horn this age. Used professionally by Matt much more that I had the chance to use it.

Located in Norfolk, VA and willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet serious buyers. Would prefer not to ship, but willing to ship at buyer's expense.

Interested in trading for a piston F, or possibly a five valve PT10/15. Depending on what trades are offered I might negotiate for additional cash in return

Hello!
I am interested in buying this tuba. I do not have a trade that I can offer you, but if you are willing to negotiate a price instead please message me privately. Thank you, I look forward to communicating with you.
