I am posting this for my friend who is selling his Gold Brass Miraphone Elektra F tuba (5R1L rotor combo). It is a fantastic horn and plays really well in tune. It is only 5 months old so practically brand new. He had the 6th valve slide tightened so it will stay in tune for the low F and had the first valve vented and the slide lapped. He also had a ring put on the first slide for convenience in slight adjustments. There are a few scuffs on one part of the horn as you will see near the fifth valve where your wrist rests, No dents anywhere on the horn. It will come with a gig bag. The only reason he is selling the horn is that the horn is not a fit for him personally. He attends the University of Miami in Coral Gables so pickup would be optimal. If you want it shipped it would be at the buyer's expense, but he would prefer not to ship. The price is $11,000 but you can coordinate with him on any price fluctuation.
