I have old-style Doug Elliott shanks to offer in trade.
R8A+ (the larger of his two Alexander shanks with the largest backbore)
R5E (Euro version of what I need)
R7E
P5E
Also, other "R" shanks with the Miraphone or American taper are of interest to me. But I know I like the 5 backbore on this particular tuba.
I am willing to make an even trade for your shank (each person pays their own shipping) for one of Doug's old R5 (American) or R5M (Miraphone) shanks. Further, if you are not interested in my shanks but have either an R5 or R5M I would be willing to buy it outright or possibly trade a whole mouthpiece for it. Let me know if you have either of these shanks.
