Kanstul 80 3/4 F Tuba

Post by Grayson Hinrichs »

Up for sale is a Kanstul 80 F tuba. This horn may be small, but it certainly packs a punch. It plays great and has served me well in college. When I got the horn there were a number of intonation problems, but it has since been worked on by Robert Carpenter and Tom Treece and plays much easier now. It has the capability to switch receiver sizes, but it comes with only the American shank size. It also comes with a Gard bag made for the horn, a wrap to put around part of the bell, and the lever that was originally attached to the horn to manipulate the main tuning slide. I am asking for $6000, and the horn is located in Clearwater/St. Pete/Tampa, Florida. DM or email if interested.
