*PRICE DROP* Miraphone 291 "Bruckner" 5/4 CC Tuba - $8,000

Hello! I am selling my Miraphone 291 Bruckner 5/4 CC tuba. I’ve owned the horn for 4 years and am selling the horn because I just finished my undergrad and want to switch to a smaller horn (a small 4/4 CC tuba or a 4/4 F tuba). The horn is located in Anaheim, CA and price is negotiable.

The horn plays great, has a beautiful resonant sound, is consistent across all registers, and has very powerful low register that requires little to no effort to make it speak. Despite being a 5/4 sized horn, the horn very much plays like a 4/4 horn. Aside from the dents on the bow, the horn is in good condition, with some minor dents and cosmetic scratches due to use its constant use during my undergrad. I also just took the horn to get cleaned and had the rotary system worked on to increase its fluidity.

The tuba comes with a Cronkhite gig bag and SKB hard travel case.

I’d prefer to not ship the horn (unless it’s necessary) and am willing to drive a reasonable distance to meet a buyer.
