Hi all!
If you've been shopping for tubas, I'm sure you've already heard of these! They're really great instruments but it seems that this one just isn't for me. It plays well and everything works properly.
This horn is in great shape overall! Has some signs of use such as scratches and a little bit of lacquer wear. A couple small dings in the bell if you look closely.
Has slightly more scratching on the bell rim, from being set down on the bell. Also some wear to the lacquer on the rim from the bell flare slightly bending from being placed on it, and subsequently having that bend repaired.
The main tuning slide water key is brass rather than nickel colored. It was broken and when I ordered a replacement key, it was a brass colored one but it's the correct part. Doesn't affect anything, just thought I'd note it in case anyone was curious
Includes a very nice hard case with wheels. It's got scratches and scuffs but is still in good shape
Located in Santa Barbara, CA but could meet a few hours north or south closer to LA or Santa Maria, if needed. Shipping could be arranged but I will be prioritizing local sales first and will be open to shipping later.
Also open to trades or partial trades!
