FS: Kalison DS CC $4,000

For sale is a Kalison DS five-valve CC tuba. Freshly chem cleaned with new felts/corks.

This tuba plays very evenly from top to bottom with a great sound and very good intonation. It’s about the size of a Miraphone 188. Valves are very nice and buttery smooth.

Some evidence of past repairs and it has its share of minor dings consistent with its age (~30 yrs). Valve plating is 100%. The silver plate on the body of the horn is at about 90-95% with some wear at contact points.

Comes with a cordura Gard bag. Asking $4,000. Located in Connecticut. Would prefer to avoid shipping but can meet around the New England or NYC metro areas. PM or email beanhillbrass at iCloud dot com.
