Serial 164xxx (1919)
Three valves, silver plate. Quite good condition overall, with a few dents and dings. Tight valves, all slides moving. It's been in disuse and needs some TLC
Neck socket may have been replaced at some point. Needs neck and bits and one finger button (currently trying to find a source for these parts).
