I would recomend a guy called Paul Andrews , from a company called Brass Toff in Warrington , Paul is an instrument repair specialist , and a very fine Euph player , also conductor of the Wire Brass Band in Warrington.The company was founded in 1983 and I would recomend them for quality of service and price for repair work.
