Hello all,
I have a B&S Symphonie 5 rotor CC tuba for sale. It is a project horn with leaky valves and evidence of previous repairs. It looks pretty good, but is not currently in what I would call playable condition. It is stuffy and leaky and sounds like it. Excellent candidate for a restoration. Dents on bottom and outer bows, but none terrible. No obvious bell damage.
It is 34 in. tall with a 15 in. bell with a slightly smaller than American shank receiver. $2500 for the the tuba and a generic top loading gig bag. Reasonable offers considered. I'll drive a bit to meet a buyer or ship at buyer's expense. The tuba is in Raleigh, NC. Email me @ mwran5 at gmail dot com.
