Hirsbrunner (HB6/293) CC Tuba

Post by Tubaanddrums »

Hello,

This has been a great horn and a pleasure to play since I bought it from my teacher 20 years ago.

In March I had a lot of work done to the horn to make it play even better. If you want a full list of work done I will send it to you. Main goals of the work were to improve valve compression and do a mini ball conversion on all 5 valves.

Instrument comes with a Cronkhite leather bag and Schilke-Cleveland mouthpiece (new).

Horn is located in Texas. Not interested in any trades at this time. Listing at $10,000.00 but am open to discussion. Will travel a reasonable distance to show the horn. Will consider shipping but at buyers expense.

Let me know if you have any questions!! :tuba:

Really, people are interested in an instrument that is being sold. If you are just "gauge interest" I don't know if you'll see a lot of interest. What does it hurt to put it up for sale? If somebody makes an offer you like, you can let it go. That's the way to gauge interest, IMHO.
