This 3/4 F tuba has a big, warm, clear sound and a great low C. Nice sound across the range and very nimble. I loved playing it for quintet and church orchestra gigs. Sometimes I played it with bands and it handled the low parts just as well as it handled solo pieces. Working up the Vaughan Williams was a lot more fun on this tuba than it was on my CC. You have good top access to the slides on this horn and it's very comfortable to hold and play. I'm asking $6250 for the horn and hard case
Here are pictures of the horn and case-

I picked it out from 3 Kanstul Model 80's and a Miraphone Firebird over a decade ago at Ferguson music. I felt that this horn played the best of the lot. I loved playing this tuba and for a while my CC was pretty neglected because this horn pretty much did it all. However my life is a lot different now and for the past couple years I haven't been playing tuba with any groups or ensembles (I'm working on a non music master's degree while also working so life is just too busy). I'm sure that I'll get back into tuba playing in the future, but as it stands my wife and I can't justify two fancy tubas sitting in the closet.
The tuba comes with a quality compact MTS hard case and all the accessories the horn came with (the thumb ring which I didn't use much as well as shank adapters for three sizes of mouthpiece shanks).
I'm located in California. An in person exchange would be preferred, but maybe a longer distance sale involving shipping could be worked out. Please reach out to me if you want any information about the horn. If you live close enough I would be happy to set up a play test.
Cheers! Happy honking
