FS: Olds 099-1 Tuba

I bought this tuba about a decade ago off of CraigsList in Portland, OR and it was unplayable. I slowly rehabbed it over the years to the point where it became my daily driver! This tuba got me back in shape after decades off, and I eventually invested in the 4-valve version.
The horn is not perfect and definitely shows its age, but it plays just fine and would be a great home tuba for a student, or an instrument for a doubler/dabbler/adult beginner. I played it in bars and on the streets of Seattle a fair amount and it has served me well. The bones of the horn are good. I contemplated doing a complete overhaul at Oberloh before deciding to invest in the 4-valve version instead.
Would prefer local pickup as shipping is costly and difficult; here's hoping someone in the Pacific Northwest could use this horn!
(Oh yeah: it's also got my signature star on the bell -- custom made by a friend -- which won't come off, but doesn't affect playability.)
