As part of a tuba purchase, I acquired a heavy duty tuba flight case that I do not need. As indicated on the labels, this case came from The Tuba Exchange originally. The dimensions are:
Exterior:
42” long
27” wide at base

22” wide at base
14” wide at top
Approximate weight: 42 lbs.
It will securely hold a Miraphone 188 or smaller tuba. Maximum bell size 18”.
The interior is very thickly padded with foam and in very good condition. The exterior fabric has a couple of worn areas as can be seen in the pictures, but is structurally very good.
Similar cases new are typically over $1000.
