I have a Bach 1109 BBb tuba for sale. Designed to be a step up from basic student models, this full-size instrument has a big, clear sound with lots of resonance, good scale, and solid intonation. Bore size = .728; bell diameter = 17.5 inches. All 4 piston valves are in great shape and move flawlessly. Slides are in good shape. This tuba was a rental for several years before I bought it, so it comes with a significant amount of lacquer wear, denting, and other cosmetic damage to the side and bottom bows as well as parts of the bell, but this does not affect the sound or intonation. Comes with hard case and mouthpiece.
