Own a piece of history. I bought this horn in 2014 from a man in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin who played it in a polka band for 40 years. He bought it in 1974 from the original owner. You could be the fourth owner. The valves and slides all work perfectly, though 89 years of use have worn the lacquer in places. Sounds like the low pipes on a huge church organ. My family confirms that its voice is "bigger" than my Conn 20K sousa. Comes with two sturdy wooden cases-- not pretty but certainly solid. Serial number: 109289. I saw three of these going for $3000 today-- old offers. Asking $2400. Local pick up or buyer pays shipping from Round Rock, TX.
