FS: New, inexpensive BBb tuba

Post by Hank74 »

I would like to announce that I am planning to sell my Haydn 4/4 BBb tuba with 4 rotary valves.

This is a great horn for any beginning tuba player, or a nice practice horn for the serious student, be it in high school or college. But this tuba could be for anyone who enjoys playing and wishes to have one of their own.

What you'd receive is the tuba, case, mouthpiece, and a special cheap "mute."

I'd be asking for $1200 to cover the cost. Shipping would be extra, depending on where you live. However, my experience with FedEx is that anything shipped in the USA would be no more than $30.

If you're seriously interested, please e-mail or pm at once.

Contra included

Post by Hank74 »

I'm bumping this up to include a King 90 GG contra which I'm also willing to sell in addition to my BBb rotary tuba.

The price for the contra is $700. This includes the horn and the gig bag which I bought for it. Shipping would be extra, but I will use FedEx since they have done a great job in the past and at a reasonable price.

If you're interested in both the rotary and the contra, I would sell them at $1900 together, with shipping extra.

If you're in the upstate New York area, I'd even be willing to arrange a place for us to meet and show you these horns for you to test them.

Again, either e-mail or pm me at my profile.
