Miraphone 186 4v Bb in fantastic condition. This horn plays great and would be a perfect fit for anyone looking for a 4/4 rotary Bb.
This lacquer on this horn is 95% intact with only a little wear on the bow and a few slides. The horn also has a nickel silver leadpipe. There a few small dings here and there as highlighted in the photos but nothing larger than a dime. The horn recently was in the shop and had some extensive bell damage repaired and some scarring is visible. Along with this the horn has just been chemical cleaned, had new bumpers and mini ball silencers installed, and all rotors aligned.
Valves are fast and virtually silent on this horn and it is one of the better playing 186s I’ve tried.
The horn will include a wood hardcase that has seen better days but gets the job done (survived the flight home with it)
