For sale is my Meinl Weston 20 BBb. I purchased it from Dillon Music in March 2022. The only reason why I am selling this is because I am re-evaluating my instrument needs.
This is a great BBb tuba! The model 20 is the predecessor to the model 25 BBb. It was made in West Germany (indicated on mouthpiece receiver). It has a slightly smaller bell than the 25. Intonation is good, the sound is the classic Meinl Weston German BBb sound. For a BBb, it's very agile. I had my repairman vent all 4 valves. Other than that, it is in the same condition from when I bought it.
