FS: EBC836 $8,900

Hello All!
I am looking to sell my EBC836. I have absolutely enjoyed playing on this horn, and have been the only owner (bought in 2021), but have decided to downsize to a smaller tuba. I bought this tuba in 2021 through BAC Horn Doctor in Kansas City, MO and it has served me well in my personal and academic pursuits, and can be a GREAT TUBA for folks serious about tuba entering college or the audition circuit. Personally, I haven't struggled too much with pitch on this tuba, other than being active with the first valve slide for Bbs, Ds, and Fs.
The tuba has a few dings along the side, and a few dings on the 3rd and 4th valve slides, as they have fallen out while it has been sitting (hence the stretchy strings in the pictures). I would say that the two dents along the side are maybe a dime-sized, and the few others are pea-sized, none of which affect the sound. I am a tall and lanky person and my sharp knees are the reason for the side dents. There is also a scratch from my watch near the leadpipe on the bell, but really is hardly noticeable.
Looking for $8,900 (firm) with just the hard case. The tuba is located in Pullman,WA and will be sold with a MTS hard case (used once). I am willing to drive a reasonable distance for a buyer, and I’m happy to ship (negotiate price with buyer).
