Here is your once in a lifetime chance to own a rare beast! After long consideration I've decided to sell my rare Conn 26J/27J short action "Artist Recording" tuba. 4 front facing short action valves. 24" bells. It has the naked lady engraving. I just don't play it enough anymore and lately sousaphone has been my main instrument when I do have time to play. So I'd love for it to go to a Conn enthusiast who will put it to good use and appreciate what they have as not many were made and there are not many left. It is from 1940 and comes with both bells. I had it fully restored a few years ago and it was rarely played since only for Tuba Christmas and such. It is in pristine mint condition. No cases included. Will ship at buyers expense and it will be expensive. Probably close to $1000 to be packed, crated, and insured for an instrument of this size and weight.
$6500 FIRM plus shipping.
Located in Richmond, TX
Text or call 903-918-7010 as I am horrible about checking messages here.

Stunning horn. I'm in MA, but if I lived closer I'd definitely check it out.

That looks like a special instrument. Good luck with the sale.
