Hello All,

I’m selling my Meinl Weston 30 CC tuba. Serial number C4-213. I purchased this tuba from Baltimore Brass. The 5th valve is custom. When I called to ask for information on the 5th valve, I was not given a name for who did the custom work.

Since acquiring this tuba, all 5 rotors have been vented. I had the thumb ring removed due to hand ergonomics. Minor dings and lacquer wear typical of an older used tuba. This tuba plays great! Intonation is solid. It has that classic Meinl Weston sound. This is a great do-it-all tuba. Blends really well with a trombone section & can easily support a brass quintet.

Reason for selling: As much as I enjoy the sound I get from this tuba, I prefer pistons.
