After 60 years, I have decided to retire from playing and am selling off my horns. Please check out my listings for my Conn 3J CC tuba, Miraphone 291 Bruckner CC tuba and Getzen 1062FD bassbone. I purchased my new Eastman EBE853S Eb tuba in 2021. It is a 4/4 tuba with a 17 inch bell, 4 front action vented pistons, silver plated yellow brass, fully compensating and a 0.687 bore.The custom bag is from Superfine Handcrafted Cases (very well made bag-similiar to the Cronkhite bags) and a fiberglass hard shell case with wheels. The tuba is in like brand new shape. The instrument plays well in tune and gets a wonderful Eb sound, similar-ish to a Besson. It was my go to quintet horn.
