Looking to sell my Conn 20k sousaphone, with a flight case. The horn has no functional issues, plays and sounds great. It does have some lacquer wear, as expected with its age. Pretty sure the serial number puts it at 1982. I have more pictures of the bigger patches if you want them.
I have had the leadpipe set screw modified so I can tighten it for a better seal. It also has an amado water key on the third valve slide. Comes with the leadpipe and two bits.
Case dimensions are 46"x33"x20" give or take a half inch. All the wheels and latches work. From opti-case.
Selling because I hardly use it. Looking for $4500. Located in Chicago. I can drive a few hours to meet for a sale. Make me an offer!
