Hello,
Horn: This is a resonant Eastman 632 4/4 CC in excellent condition. The intonation is strong, and it projects a rich, clear sound. The valves and slides are smooth and responsive. The horn is well-cared-for and recently professionally cleaned. Cosmetically, there are a few minor scratches on the body and on the interior rim of the bell, along with light lacquer wear on the first valve slide, but these are purely aesthetic, with no impact on performance.
Case: The horn includes a Miraphone 1293 soft case that fits the Eastman 632 like a glove. It fits so well sellers often market this bag specifically to 632 owners. There’s a small rip in the case’s interior lining, but it doesn’t impact the bag’s integrity. It’s easy to work around if you know it’s there. It would be a quick fix if desired, but it never caused me any issues.
Location: Based in Atlanta, GA and happy to drive up to 4 hours to meet for exchange. I also travel regularly to NYC and can meet there if preferred. For NYC exchanges, buyer agrees to accept the horn as is (including any potential damage from flight).
Price: Asking $5,000 + shipping. Open to reasonable offers.
