As to the stand, I don't have any manufacturer detail - it just came with the horn when I bought it. Honestly I've hardly used it, but it seems to function OK. You set the horn down in the cradle and then pull it back into a clamp mechanism that grasps one of the tubes. There is a latch you pull to release it. Stand is mostly aluminum extrusions and is adjustable.

Can I ask, what is under the electrical tape on the smaller bow on the back?

I haven't had the black duct tape off - it is there to protect from the clamp when using the stand.
