Boehm and Meinl For Sale

Post by jaddingtonii »

I am selling my 5/4 Boehm and Meinl CC. I recently had the silver plating removed, leaving a beautiful natural finish that polishes very nice. The horn was cut from BBb by Bob Rusk and plays very well in tune. There are only a few minor dents along the bottom bow. I am asking for $5000. The horn comes with a gig bag and hard case. Please email me for pictures.

I'll trade you my rehashed Dynasty/Amati/Jupiter/Bach modded, over-the-shoulder convertible, just-added-a-3rd piston P.O.S. for that B & M ya got there, pardna! :D

Seriously, Tubenetters, jaddingtonii's tuba is an awesome 5/4 CC. A highly recommended 5/4 CC if you're in the market for one.

Have fun in ATL, John. Keep in touch! (that's an order)

If I could afford a second horn, I would have sent a check by now. Seriously, I have played that horn before and it is terrific. I still have no idea why it has not sold yet. It is a GREAT horn!!!!! $4700 is ROBBERY! Good luck!

Out of curiousity, did you ever sell this tuba? Having played this horn before (yikes....about 5+ years ago) I may consider purchasing this horn. Of course I would need to sell my current one and play test this one. John, where are you located? I'm wondering if play testing would be possible.

It's still for sale but since I posted, I moved to Marietta, GA. If you want to try the tuba, let me know.

Tubaryan, Chuck or Doc wrote in one of their posts that B&M stood for those things, not me!
