Swap my big tuba bag for your small one!!

Post by Joe Baker »

Anyone have a smaller tuba gig bag and want to swap for a large one? The large bag I have is the BIG pro-tec (for 22-inch bell, 45-inch height) in excellent condition EXCEPT for one of the pockets had a stuck zipper that had to be cut open.

I'm looking for a bag that will hold my Conn 10-J (small 4/4, , and I'm not terribly particular about brand or appearance, though I reserve the right to sample more than one offer before deciding.

I'll post measurements of the 10-J later tonight (unless someone has them handy and beats me to it, hint-hint ;) ).

The Conn 10J for which I'm seeking a bag has an 18" bell and is 34" tall (actually, it's a smidge under both of those numbers...)

Also, if anyone just wants to sell a small bag, I'm all ears!

Joe,
I need to keep my bags, but I'll trade you for that snappy sports jacket!

Josh, I've sent you a PM.
