The "would you purchase?" will depend quite a bit on what you have in mind for charging, I would presume. Find your price point!

Sibelius has a website where you can post your arrangements for sale (or for free). Check it out, but you probably will have to purchase a version of Sibelius first.

You should be aware that is illegal to have an unauthorized arrangement of a piece of music which is protected by copyright law.
A friend once wrote the Ives' estate about getting permission to publish an arrangement he'd done of "Variations" and got the nastiest, most threatening letter back. They demanded all scores, parts, sketches and drawings! Legal action was just around the corner, they said. He swore off writing arrangements for years.
No one should advertise that they have written and performed arrangements of Bernstein and Gershwin. This can get serious.
