Now, Ralph. Cut the boy some slack. He is a veteran of TubeNet. Why, I bet there aren't more than a thousand people who have posted more time than he has. Furthermore, he wrote very authoritatively. Notice that he "definately"(sic) knows what he is talking about. Lastly, please notice his name is "bubba."

Not too much need to say any more. A taco sounds really good right now. I know I'm just a white boy, but I sure like Mexican food. My students made me an honorary Mexican several years ago.

Doc
I guess that is another of my shortcomings. I'm not into Bud Light, either.

Yeah...but the best tacos are from Chipotle!!! Or you could get a burrito...they're a lot like their tacos only with rice and either beans or peppers and onions...man, I'm making me hungry and I just ate!!!

Yeah. And why do you put the little lime wedge in a Corona? Because it tastes like $#!+ without it!

I thought it was just because they wanted to be identified with dos eques without all the hard work of actually making a beer

Chipotle rules, but we have this little place here in Decatur called Mi Pueblito - best place ever, AND they have awesome margarita specials 2 times a week!

Yes, Corona (along with most other Mexican beer) blows.

Hefeweizen is the shiznit! *sips Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat*

PS - Why is this post in the For Sale section?

I've been to Illinois. They don't know **** about tacos. Wrong part of the world.
Trust me, nobody that works at Mi Pueblito is from Illinois... and they know how to make some damn good Mexican food, whether the place is in Illinois or Alaska, I'd trust these workers to make the best damn tasting tacos ever!

Don't forget Opa's in Fredericksburg -- I always stock up on some fine sausage & jerky when I'm down there.

Look pretty f-ing gross to me!

You all should give tofu a try, it's fairly economical and a lot better for you. Get the firmest grade you can, cut into cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan. Crush Szechuan pepper and add it at this time if you have it. Add lots of various kinds of vegetables, in order according to how long they take to cook - shredded ginger, Chinese broccoli, regular broccoli, green beans, hot peppers, not so hot peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, eggplant, summer squash, yu choi, basil. As the most delicate things are just starting to wilt, put in a little soy sauce and take it off the heat. Eat with rice.

Fish is OK once in a while, but please stay away from farmed salmon. Take the sausage out and bury it.

It's even better if you fry it in bacon grease and smother it with cheese.

Uhhh . . . as with brats, the key is being able to get your hands on the correct ingredients for use in the proper recipies with the proper cooking equipment.
Why couldn't they get the right ingredients here in Illinois, use the right recipes, and use the right equipment? You think they're making their flour tortillas with a waffle maker or something?

On a different note, brats rule.

On a different different note, tofu rules, too. I have a killer tofu-spinach lasagna recipe.
