try
Try Matt Walters at Dillon Music for this request. I asked him about getting a 45slp pipe about a year and a half ago and the price he quoted me was very reasonable. I don't want to say what it would be now though. They'll give it to you with the lead still in the pipe so it can be bent to fit the instrument. It's unlikely that someone will have a "used" one lying around and even so, if the lead is not still in the pipe then you take a risk in damaging the pipe when reshaping it to fit your horn.
