Gold MF2 tuba mouthpiece for sale

Post by JCradler »

Mike Finn #2, gold plated. Scores about a 9.75 out of 10,( some mild shank wear, but everything that shows is in outstanding condition). Now known as the MF-2B, this mouthpiece sounds very good on medium to large BBb or CC tubas. $120, I'll pay shipping. Pictures emailed on request.

Tried it on a PT20. Good remarks from others on the sound, but the rim to embouchure equation was just a bit off....

Do you know how it plays on a bigger horn, eg. pt6?

How's your 983 going, still playing?

Also played it on a Hirsbrunner HB21(I forget the actual HB#). It sounded good there as well. I'll slap it in a 6/4 Nirschl and a PT606 at work this week, stay tuned.
