Hi-
Even with a water key and no bell garland, which makes it just past the Civil War, this is a VERY good deal for someone looking for such an instrument in this voicing. The bell repair is really minor. Don't wait long to get it--I have seen horns like this on a certain auction site go for 4 figures.....
