Takamine Jasmine Acoustic-Electric Bass

Post by Mike Finn »

Jasmine is their entry-level bass, but you won't find a nicer AEB for less money. Close-up of neck shows the one "bump". I've only used this on one recording project, about seven years ago now (where does the time go?!) and really have no use for the instrument at this time. Nice, full, woody bass sound, a little too resonant at the 7th fret on the E string, but that is easily dealt with by RH palm muting. 3-Band EQ, volume, battery indicator light. Blonde top, darker sides and back.

First $250 takes it, this price includes shipping. PM or e-mail me.
Thanks!

ps... I was just fooling around with it here in the office while waiting for the pics to load, and I never noticed how easily the harmonics pop out on this thing! This is the bass to play "Portrait of Tracy" on.
